First you need, 2 Pretender Kings with a close relationship. It doesn't have to be a friendly relationship but they must be able to work together. Build them according to the rules, choose one talent of your choice. You have one free advancement. They must be human, Elves are the only other race on Pendor, but in light of this you can take any racial talent with any advancement. Exempting Magic related talents. There exists no magic for characters. You will get other talents and abilities that are just as powerful. Magic is unequivocally and irrevocably evil.
