Custom character sheets (BX D&D especially)

I'm new to Gamers Plane. I'm working to orient myself to the site, and I like what I see so far.

If I understand correctly, getting an official character sheet (like the D&D 5E character sheet) setup requires adding a request to a fairly sizable backlog of such requests.

In the meantime, using a "custom" character sheet is advised.

So, has anyone done templates for other systems that are usable as a custom character sheet that they'd be willing to share?

I'm especially interested in a sheet for any B/X D&D derived game (e.g. Old School Essentials).

Any help pointing me to such templates would be greatly appreciated.

Whenever I use a system which must use a custom sheet, I often create a template for my players to copy and paste.

Another option is to use a sheet (fillable PDF, Google Doc, whatever) available for sharing and include a link to that sheet in the Custom character sheet text. I've done that quite a few times.
