Welcome!

Hi everyone, thanks for coming with me on this tale of high adventure! I'm just setting things up. Forums that will be coming soon:

1. Character Creation - build your characters here, ask questions about the process etc.
2. Safety Tools - let's talk about topics that we don't want in this game
3. OoC Chat - general chat channel for planning in and out of game. Might end up using discord, but we'll start with this.
4. Patrons - here we will decide on who our patron is, which will inform our backstories, equipment, and ship.
5. Team Building - once our characters are done we will post a summary of who they are and brainstorm some connections together that take into account our patron.

I don't have a character idea I'm dead set on, so I was wondering if everyone could at least mention in broad terms what kind of character they're thinking about. That way I can try and complement everyone else rather than duplicate.

78, that's a great idea. Let's describe our character concepts as we work on them in the character Creation thread and describe the finished products in the team building thread (not yet made).

My apologies to everyone. As I've told Len via PM, I've had a lot of things dumped on my plate recently along with some other drama, and I'm going to need to withdraw. Best of luck -- it looks like it's going to be a great time!

So my character is the only biological among warforged? A reversed Cmd.Data?

I'll be honest, my first read of that was along the lines of command.exe or system.dat. Perhaps I'm more of a construct than I believe.
