Looking for More (D&D 5e)

1. What kind of game do you want to play? I like a good variety of games, from dungeon crawling/exploring to continent or dimension spanning adventures. The best thing in a game for me developing the inter-character relationships (even when playing a character with the personality of a brick who doesn't like anyone). I like to be able to interact with NPCs we encounter well and enjoy obstacles that can be tackled either directly or with some out-of-the-box thinking and cooperation. Combat is always fun as it gives everyone a chance to show off some of their more flashy abilities, but I like to have a good amount of roleplay between fights.

2. Who is your character? I haven't got my character picked yet, but I'm really enjoying experimenting with new classes/builds at the moment so I'm very happy to play whatever would help round the party out nicely. As I've said I'm not overly familiar with Forgotten Realms as most of the games I've played in have been original homebrews but if you can point me towards some good background material I'd love to get a sense of the world so that I can work with you on making my character fit in well.

3. Lines & Veils. I'm not too picky with what goes on in games really, as long as everything is IC. My only pet peeve is house rules being mentioned for the first time AFTER the start of a game with no prior warning that should have been outlined at the beginning, but it doesn't seem to happen often luckily :)

I hope I don’t get the "not a murderhobo" rating, I have worked hard to get my Reputation as low a possible.

Drunk kung fu halflings are basically murderhobos so you get my official "not a not a murderhobo" rating

For what it's worth I would also like to give @runekyndig my "no ghost" endorsement.

I DM him in my "Adventures in Shadowstoke" game and play alongside him in @Adam's "Forgotten Helms" game. He posts regularly and always with great roleplay that moves the narrative forward.

I should not railroad this thread but a very heavy LOL.
