Emmett grimaces as he ruins the clean repair job the Craadians recently completed. After the craft as come to a complete stop, he glances to make sure no one is hurt and reaches for his polearm.
As he reaches the open hatch he raises his bluish metallic arm and with a flex of his wrist, a small device raises slightly from the surface. With a high-pitched whine, it fires a nearly invisible burst of energy at the closest of the insectoids holding a weapon.
[ +- ] Ray Emitter (Numbing) Cypher
Allows the user to project a ray of energy up to long range (very long range if the cypher is level 6 or higher) that numbs one limb of the target, making it useless for one minute. A small number of these devices (5%) induce numbing that lasts for one hour.
[ +- ] Surgical Grafted
You use your knowledge to surgically attach a cypher to your body, linking it to your nerves and muscles. Activating or using this cypher is as natural for you as breathing and doesn't require any obvious motion (allowing you to activate it secretly). A grafted cypher still counts toward your cypher limit, but it is not destroyed after one use. A grafted cypher has a depletion of 1 in 1d10.
