Philip leaves the Garrison and considers briefly stopping for more paper before realizing he still has at least 150 free pieces of parchment and can clear some of them if necessary. then he heads back to the stone circle mentality preparing himself as he walks, 'I need to do this, I could be saving the city, the city guard should be saving the city.' finally he reaches the circle and realizes he hadn't made any markings of which direction this Circle was so he waits until the around the time the glint appears before heading out to try to find it weather or not the glint appears.
