How to view "Public Forums"?

Hi All: Sometimes I come across a game that says "Forums Are: Public", but I see no way to actually view the games forums. The bar at the bottom does not have a "Forums" button.

Where do I look/click to see the game's forums when public?

Unfortunately, here are no direct links to the forums anywhere, unless people post them somewhere. If you want to have a look at some public games, check out this link where a lot of them are collected.

I thought my link to the Urban Shadows game would be dead because I retired it, but it still works...

Retired game links still work. You just can't access retired games without the link anymore.
