Okay I have submitted a mostly completed character sheet was hoping to collaborate with Psionichamster on Lifestyle but have heard nothing back from them on that but I can address that fairly quickly

Well considering our backgrounds are so similar even before the melding it seemed even if we were not siblings we would be rather close to one another anyway -- I mean with a couple of minor tweaks to my original concept I aligned it perfectly with yours.

Psionichamster I have established that our living space is Little Haiti as its at least wedged nicely amongst areas of not so good spots and its located in a more out of the way place near the border of The Reef and Gladeview which would probably be a little less frequented by even residents of Little Haiti. Further there is a language barrier issue that would simply help us out. As such you might want to swap one of your current languages for Haitian Creole but you do not have to as Jinx speaks it.
