Forums instead of Tools on the bottom menu in game

The extension does this. Personally, I don't care - but users seem to really like this.

It's a case of changing fixedGameMenu.php.

Question becomes, instead of Tools or in addition to? Change the logic of which to show when.

There's a lot of room on that bar, so it would be nice to have both
