So how does this work well let us examine a Lamellar Shirt, Lamellar is made with threading pieces of metal together so its a metal armor but it is a metal armor that unlike Chain Mail can be made from wood due to its design. So we take the Lamellar Shirt and make it out of wood. As you can see below when we apply the adjustments for turning something from Metal into normal Wood
Metal Lamellar Shirt.*.........14.......+2.........Y*.........28........200
Metal to Wood....................-3........+3.....................35%.....x0.2
Wood Lamellar Shirt*..........11.......+5.........Y*.........10..........40
However if we were to change that into a Dark Wood Lamellar Shirt we get the following
Metal Lamellar Shirt.*.........14.......+2.........Y*.........28........200
Dark Wood........................+0.......+1.....................50%......x10
Dark Wood Lamellar Shirt....14.......+3.........Y*.........14......2,000
Weapon Adjuster
Master Work
..... Cost: x5
..... Effect: Each increment of x5 that is added to a weapon increases either its To Hit or To Damage aspect by +1. The current purchasable maximum is a +2 in either and/or both of these. Thus you can have a +1 To Hit or +1 Damage for x5 the cost or you can have a +1 To Hit and +1 Damage for x10 the cost and any combination up to a +2 To Hit and +2 Damage which would increase the base cost x20. Note with GM approval Masterwork can also be used to add or remove a property associated with a weapon.
