Many have contact details on cut-out-tassels at the bottom for you to take. Some are untouched, some have most of their tassels taken. Some show signs of age, and the cork behind them hints that tassels have been slowly removed over time, indicating many attempts.

Some list reward amounts, most don't. Some have old reward amounts crossed out and new, higher ones, added.
