Let's talk about that Phoenix. I use Nature to understand what the PCs motivations are. It helps me craft situations which put your characters where you'll need to make a choice. (And if it regains Willpower, so much the better). A good question to ask is, what drives Comet to do what he does?

Some thoughts about Backgrounds, especially Eufiber and Node. We're not necessarily following the technobabble explanation in the rulebook. If your character has Eufiber, it can have its origins based on anything you care to make up, eg it could function like FF's unstable molecules, or like the Venom symbiote, or like Dr Strange's cloak, etc, depending on how many points you put in it.

Same with Node. Your character can draw quantum from it, but it doesn't have to be a lump inside you. Sure it can be an inoperable tumour, but it can also be some mystic shard lodged inside, or even a pill you eat (that only works for you), etc

Hi everyone, thanks again for your patience. I didn't want to start until I have everything set up just right. But here are your individual threads. I may have made some tweaks to your backstory so please ask away if you need to clarify anything before you start posting.

Each of you should currently have at least two options open to you, a main one and a sub-one, depending on how you want to play them out.

78rpmlife, yours is coming right up. I have a thread, but it's only 90% in my head so far. You need to rename your PC for GP, and maybe pick an avatar if you haven't done so. Expect yours in a day's time. I'm gonna take a small liberty with your chaos power for purposes of backstory, but otherwise you'll have full agency after that.

I usually need a bit of momentum to get things going, so a slightly slower pace at the start, and we'll let things naturally pick up.
