Aguis continues his sentence picking up his talking speed as the events unfold.

Can't you see that the conflict can be easily avoided? Just state your name and tell them that you don't mean harm, don't fret!
OOC:
I think that the guy is too into proving a point before doing something aggressive, while no damage has been done.

Rolls

Performance - (1d20+3)

(16) + 3 = 19

Performance advantage - (1d20+3)

(18) + 3 = 21

Oct 20, 2021 8:56 pm
OOC:
Divine Fury dmg applies to the first creature hit each turn, not just to the first attack. In this case the spider died anyway.
Oct 20, 2021 9:18 pm
OOC:
Gnellson in that case you could choose which spider dies
Oct 20, 2021 9:48 pm
OOC:
killed spider 6.
Bellow sees Elrond's silent gesture. I purse my lips tightly and make an angry face... and keep on hacking spiders.
Oct 20, 2021 10:05 pm
Phoenix nods his understanding and grits his teeth. Doing his best to stay silent while also staying wary of the spiders.
OOC:
I’ll take the dodge action and just keep the sphere where it is.
Oct 21, 2021 5:24 am
Bubbles. Let's do this: roll me a performance 10+ and you could say as much as you think is possible in 6sec for a trained speaker
15+: and you are an Eminem:)
You have advantage on that roll as you have been preparing your speech last turn.
OOC:
At leat first part of your speech will overlap with rahing cry: So you like noise -- how about crunch!
Gnellson since Phoenix is technically after you in initiative order (and other two even next round) I will use your initial post fir current turn. Reserve your reaction on Pheonix for next round.
Oct 21, 2021 9:15 am
As Bellow cries "So you like noise -- how about crunch!" and Anguis trying to deliver his message, but rest of you stay still you see that spiders who were around Phoenix moves toward Anguis and start attacking him (with disadvantage). Number 4 is dumb enough to stay in reach of flaming sphere - please roll damage for him. 7, 8, 9 continue attacking Bellow.

Rolls

Spider 1 - (1d20+2, 1d20+2)

1d20+2 : (4) + 2 = 6

1d20+2 : (1) + 2 = 3

1d20+2 : (1) + 2 = 3

Spider 4 - (1d20+2, 1d20+2)

1d20+2 : (3) + 2 = 5

1d20+2 : (3) + 2 = 5

Spider 5 - (1d20+2, 1d20+2)

1d20+2 : (6) + 2 = 8

1d20+2 : (1) + 2 = 3

Spider 7 - (1d20+2)

Spider 9 - (1d20+2)

(14) + 2 = 16

Spider 4 DEX SAVE - (1d20)

(13) = 13

Oct 21, 2021 9:18 am
If I'm not mistaken Bellow AC is 14 and he is hit by two spiders, which is 6 lightning plus 4 piercing (to be halved due to rage)

Now,
Phoenix roll Flaming Shpere and spider will take half as 13 is the DC , right?
Bubbles: complete your last turn with the text
Afterwards you could do your next moves
OOC:
I've zoomed a man not on a purpose but because I lost previous and had to do it all over again

Rolls

Spider 8 piercing damage - (1d4)

(2) = 2

Spider 9 piercing damage - (1d4)

(2) = 2

Oct 21, 2021 5:25 pm
OOC:
The DC is 13. Phoenix will wait to hear whatever speech Anguis will make before making another move. His course of action will depend on the results. I rolled another damage in case anyone is still standing next to the sphere.

Rolls

Flaming Sphere 1 - (2d6)

(44) = 8

Flaming Sphere 2 - (2d6)

(63) = 9

Oct 21, 2021 5:38 pm
Spider 5 still standing, but damaged. You could do your next move. I will resolve it in initiative order: Bellow, Elrond, Anguis, Phoenix
Oct 21, 2021 6:16 pm
Nothing vocal but continuing to rage and hack spiders near me. And dirty looks to the dodgers -- forgetting I used that tactic in the last fight.

Oct 22, 2021 9:27 am
Bellow tears apart one spider. He swings at another but axe slips off the armour.
OOC:
Elrond, Anguis, Phoenix - waiting for your turn actions, you don't need to wait on each other, though you can if you want. Elrond should you decide to fire with a crossbow these tiny things will not impose disadvantage on you as they are too focused on Bellow
Oct 22, 2021 4:30 pm
The moment he realises that the issue cannot be taken care of by traditional diplomacy. Anguis is smitten, for a moment there's a clear expression of awkwardness, but soon it gets masked by anger as he draws his sword and attacks spider 5.

Rolls

longsword to hit - (1d20+5)

(6) + 5 = 11

longsword damage - (1d8+5)

(8) + 5 = 13

Oct 22, 2021 5:20 pm
Elrond begins to realize that ignoring the problem is not going to help if everyone continues to attack. He rolls his eyes and fires his crossbow at Spider 9 who is currently nibbling at Bellows ankles. The spider being distracted by Bellow makes it an easy target for Elrond, even at close range

Rolls

Light Crossbow - (1d20+2)

(2) + 2 = 4

Light Crossbow Damage - (1d8)

(3) = 3

Oct 23, 2021 4:11 am
Phoenix shrugs at the abandonment of diplomacy.
He sighs as he casts Eldritch blast at spider 5.
Not looking forward to being the center of attention again due to the verbal components of the spell.

Rolls

Eldritch blast - (1d20+6)

(20) + 6 = 26

Damage - (1d10+3)

(2) + 3 = 5

Oct 23, 2021 8:00 am
OOC:
Tenrec, don't you move your shere? I would still allow that
You hear Phoenix casting a spell and see spider tear apart. All of the spiders still functioning immediately turns to phoenix.
OOC:
Anguis. Bubbles - you could opportunity attack them, just chose one and write a number you are attacking.
Elrond - you could only kick them (unarmed strike as far as I understand would do 1 damage if you hit)
Oct 23, 2021 2:25 pm
Elrond tries to give the spider a small boot in its way by

Rolls

Opportunity unarmed attack - (1d20+3)

(12) + 3 = 15

Oct 23, 2021 4:13 pm
Phoenix will slam the sphere into the most damaged looking spider. The damage was rolled awhile ago.
Oct 23, 2021 4:39 pm
So, spider 4 that took fire damage already dies from flame sphere bumping, I will not even roll dex.
Elrond kicks a spider breaking one of it's 8 legs, but it doesn't seem to stop it.
OOC:
Bellow, Anguis?
Oct 23, 2021 4:59 pm
Glad to see everyone back in action and glad the silence is broken. Die you critters! ...or contraptions!
Still raging and hacking

Rolls

Atk1 - (1D20+5)

(10) + 5 = 15

Dmg1 - (1D6+5)

(2) + 5 = 7

Atk2 - (1D20+5)

(20) + 5 = 25

Dmg2 - (1D6+2)

(4) + 2 = 6

Fury dmg - (1D6+1)

(2) + 1 = 3
