Exactly....Benny's parents see those injuries and immediately are going to assume that Cody and/or Logan were mean to him. Scrapped knees are easy to explain...that's kids being kids, but the bruises on Benny and Logan...that's a bit harder to talk around

The camera zooms out as our shocked heroes leave the scene of the terrible attack and move away from the garden to go inside the house.
The world around them does not seem to have noticed, or bothered to notice, the dramatic confrontation...
