I have a lot of experience with the various games made by Palladium Books. While I play many other systems, PB games were what I started with, so I have a soft spot for them. Their settings cover everything from post apocalyptic, to classic sword and sorcery, to zombie horror, to modern supernatural investigation, to espionage, to superheroes, to science fantasy and science fiction.

I was considering running one of their settings, but Palladium’s house system is not very intuitive and can be a bit of a head scratcher for those who’ve never used it. Just wondering if anyone here would have interest in joining a Palladium Books game if I were to run one.

I always loved the Palladium Robotech RPG as a teen. The Macross and Invid Invasion arcs we're the best IMHO.

I love Palladium’s settings but dislike their rules. Ever consider using a different rules system?

I've played Palladium games several times, granted it's been several years. They have some great titles.

I remember collecting books for the Robotech RPG, but I never got around to actually playing it with anyone.

I played a lot of the Macross and one adventure in Invid. The Cyclones we're so damn cool I wish I could have played more of it. I had the books for Southern Cross but everything about that arc was just lacking for me.

I would definitely play an Invid Invasion game.

I do have all of the Robotech books, both 1st edition and Shadow Chronicles, though I’ve never actually played the game. Don’t know much about the Robotech setting itself.

I have played some Savage Rifts. I’ve considering porting some of their settings to other systems but seems like a lot of work.

Yeah that's the problem with Robotech RPG, although it can be fun as a Sci-Fi setting unto itself you really get the most immersion if you have seen all the anime.

If you ever do so, count me in. I’m always down for some TMNT goodness.

I always loved Heroes Unlimited, myself. I wanted to try the TMNT setting but the group I played Palladium systems with only really liked HU and RIFTS so those are all I have experience with. Still, I would definitely be interested in trying it out.
