Just to let everyone know, I have a convention this weekend that I help run (I'm over the gaming hall), so from today until Monday, my responses might be slow, or even non-existent. I will try to check in daily, but I make no promises.

Asa (as is the Asian tradition, Kato, her family name, is given first) will happily shadow them.

In which order will we attack now? Again one by one or are we switching to blocky initiatives?

I think unless anyone objects we'll switch to block initiative. The orc in plate just went, so now it's Scar and Sunosha's turn, as they are their own block, then everyone else.

So I wonder your opinions on something. I’m not particularly a fan of in-group conflicts unless they are discussions about what will we do next. I made Zagreus a bit cocky and overly self-confident so that’s why I make him pick on Khulod’s PC (just like Khulod sticks on the character and make him say self-praising comments). I don’t intend to turn this into an outright fight between the characters, it could also be a good story hook (two people not liking each other eventually become good friends etc). However, "my character is like that" is never a good excuse as we the players create those characters and we can change them as much as we like. If you’re uncomfortable with such in-group dynamics please let me know, I will continue it no further.

I agree with you.
Right now, in my eyes, egoes are butting heads as these competent people are figuring eachother out. Playing a stubbon mule is not fun for anyone in the group, but if one is willing to change ones mind, it can be good roleplay.

You all need to decide how you're going to divide loot.

With a bag of we-don't-talk-about-encumbrance-no-no-no how about, we have a separate loot tread, where we toss in whatever we find. Then we divide it up as we need to.
