New Player - 5E

Hey, I just started an account here and I wanted to check if anyone is going to be kicking off a 5E game and is looking for a player. i have a decent amount of experience with 5E, playing in one home-group and DM'ing another but i really wanted to try out this format.

Welcome Dm_Meyner! Actually, whipstash just started a DnD 5e game, though they haven't added details on it, so I'm not sure if it's invite only or not. Regardless, there's a lot of 5e here, so I'm sure you'll find something soon!

Don't forget when you go to the 'Games' page, on the right side where it says 'Looking for Game', hit 'Edit' and update your game preferences. I wasn't sure what that did at first but you will get an email anytime a game of one of those types starts up. It's a really nice thing. I see every 5e game as it gets started up.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys, i sent a couple requests out but now that i'm getting more familiar with the layout i'm seeing that they are probably inactive. I just sent one over to whipstash so hopefully hes got room!

Came from listening to DM's Block too. Seems like every game I apply for I never hear back from though. Is anyone actually running any D&D 5e games?
