The Pitch:

First, from the Wiki - The Exiles consists of characters from different universes, or realities, which have been removed from time and space in order to correct problems (often called "hiccups") in various alternate worlds and divergent timelines in the Marvel Multiverse.

Once again the multiverse, the omniverse, the Whateverse, needs exiles, the Exiles, to save it from collapsing like a deck of infinitely faced cards.

Adult Content or Controversial Themes:

Comic book violence, both physical and emotional, though potential for heavy social themes. Those familiar with comics, specifically Marvel Comics, will quickly grasp the themes.

Character Restrictions:

An Exile can either be an established Marvel character from an alternate reality or dimension or what all, or a completely new character generated through Player to GM spitballing or use of a random concept generator with Player modeling.

The random concept generator consists of 400,000 options. Players provide a few number choices and receive loose, hopefully inspirational concepts (examples: underworld crime boss, garage punk rocker, creature of the willows), combining those for an original character or combining those with a pre-existing character for a now-divergent, alternate version. Other options? Combine two characters into one. Make an analogue of a character from another part of the omniverse (a Superman or Batman or Raven analogue, for example).

While most Exiles in the original comic series (multiple series) are generally related to the X-Men, this is not a hard and fast rule; in actuality I encourage characters pulled from all-sectors of the Marvel multiverse.

Game Duration and Post Frequency:

Ongoing campaign. Easy drop-in, drop-out due to the format of the Exiles team (and potential high fatality/disabling rate). Team members can be temporarily sidelined or 'put on reserve' if Players need to be away or have aggregating outside commitments.

Posting frequency will likely range from 3-5 posts a week but could increase depending on interest.

Specialized Software and Resources:

None required, besides some snooping within comics or the internet for background information.

Player Experience Requirements:

No experience required; in fact, newborns magnetically welcome.

How to Apply:

First come, first served, though we can bump up the ceiling up Players if there is an outpouring of interest.

Any and all! This game is explicitly friendly to LGBT and any other minorities or marginalized groups.

I'm in. Probably going for a less serious idea, like a Hulk from an alternate Earth where Bruce Banner was really into wrestling before his gamma radiation accident. So, he becomes the green monster, and also the best damn heel in history.

I am interested as I've had a hankering for a super game for a while, but I've just learned two new games systems and nabbed two games, so willing for slots to go to everyone else first

I wanna try my hand at some superhero game. The last time I tried was 20+ years ago and the system was Gurps.

I'm in! I read through the SRD already. I'm eager to be in a QuestWorlds game since I think the 'one opposed roll' approach will REALLY speed up PbP :-)

Also, is this going to be a private game, or will the content be visible to the public?

In any case, I was thinking of maybe Kurt Wagner / Nightcrawler.
