[D&D 5e]Two sides of a coin - mutual sologame

"Two sides of a coin" sounds fitting for the game I propose. The idea is of a mutual sologame, where I'll GM for 1 (perhaps 2 players), and they GM for me.

✅ The Game System and Rules Version. I want to play some heroic fantasy, so D&D 5e is the first that comes to mind. But Savage Worlds, 13th age and Pathfinder 2e are also options. I'm most comfortable with GM'ing D&D 5e

✅ The Pitch. My first thought is that we agree on a city that we will both games in. Forgotten realms Waterdeep or Planescapes Sigle are a few ideas. We could also start to spin tales about the Radient Citadel. Let me hear you thoughs
We each present a character idea and spin a tale around each others player character.

✅ Adult Content or Controversial Themes. What ever we agree on. I'm open for more than PG-13, like 18+, but then the game will not be public

✅ Game Duration and Post Frequency. 5 posts pr week as long as we are enjoying ourselves.

✅ Specialized Software and Resources. GP and perhaps Discord for OOC chat

✅ Player Experience Requirements. This shouldn't be the first time playing PBP and the player(s) age is 18+ (I'm 42 years old)

✅ How to Apply. PM me or write here in this thread. I'm only looking for one player and GM

✅ Welcome Marginalized Groups. "This game is explicitly friendly to LGBT and any other minorities or marginalized groups."

Very interesting. Would events in the two stories be concurrent, in essence affecting both characters?

Yes that would be awesome. Could even do a crime from the perspective of the criminal and the detective. But the mystery would be difficult

I'm put off by the "Adult Content or Controversial Themes". That's not for me. I hope you have a good time though - it sounds like a really cool idea.

Thank you @Jabes.plays.RPG and @Jackwolfking for your interest. @ireneofunyes and I have been bouncing ideas off each other for some hours now and I think we have the foundation for playing around in the Radient Cidadel. We have both seen a few YouTubes with interviews with the authors of this upcoming book (which I am definitely going to purchase) and I also found a map of this city. With this rough framework, we each have ideas to homebrew the rest. As an added bonus ireneofunyes and I are roughly in the same timezone

Though i would love to be a part of a game like this one, i have been aching for a darker, more realistic game for a while. And the whole one for one setting seems like a nice challenge.

So, if i may, i will be exploiting this post for my own little selfish desire... Who's up for it?

@Jabes.plays.RPG, @Jackwolfking, @Bubbles and others I am reopening this thread. ireneofunyes had to drop out of GP for a while, so the mutual sologame is stopped. I'm not done with the idear and hope to find someone else who will play with me :)

Me too, my game also had to be stopped, i think that dreamblade didn't like my playstyle.

I am a roleplay oriented GM, since i like to take my time and make the game feel immersive and 'real'. On the other hand the last post from my coin partner, more than month ago, was about more action...

I am also looking for a new partner for this! I really like the idea and the rules you put o the table.
