Thorem's firebolt hits the creature and you see the impact, but the creature is still invisible.
Bellow is swinging his glaive like crazy trying to hit the invisible creature
Anguis meanwhile calls upon his divine magic to enable divine sense. But he feel no presentce on other invisible creatures in the room and the one they faced already is on the other side of the wall

Meanhile the invisible creature moves closer to Bellow and try to slam him

Thorem again throws a firebolt at the creature, but with moving his aim is off.

Anguis takes the scorched end of the Hounds noose and moves trough the room to join the rest of the group with the hound.
OOC:
Move to E5 if taking the noose takes an action, if it doesn't then he dashes to I4. If the hound has no rope, he spends an action to renew the noose. he doesn't leave the hound alone or let him run free.

while Anguis spend time to renew the noose and Thorem miss his firebolt, Bellow finally hit something with his glaive - twice. It is strange how glaive moves through the invisible creature - as if it is a butter. He certainly feel he hit it, but it doesn't stick in the body as he expected...

Anyhow creature is trying to hurt Bellow, but fail.

Thorem firebolts again and he is on target.

Firbolts hits with a 20 and does 2 hp of fire damage. (Someday I will get the dice roll right.)

Anguis reach the room and his divine sense shows him that the creature is undead. Just as his sense vanish Bellow hits the creature again and Metallica chains appear in the air and fall. You do not hear anything any more.

Your PCs would assume they finished off the creature and we are out of combat.

RAW nat 20 is a critical success only for to hit. You simply scores 19 and any creature who previously scored stealth check of 20 or more is still hidden from you.

It may have been a ghost or something like that, but I think it is gone now. Thorem casts a cure wounds on himself. and again as the first one didn't do well. And a second wind. He is mostly cured now.

Bellow wants to hit something again. I move the chains around with the haft of my glaive. Since nothing stirs up I have to take some deep breaths and settle down.
We're probably halfway through the day, have already rested once, and I'm bushed again.

As you move the chain that left of the creature you understand it is a simple chain with both it's ends connected by manacles they look like the other manacles you (was it Thorem) found in the room with broken bed and try the keys of that other manacles and they fit - you open those manacles

You also realise that you have only found two chests today...
