[IC] The Delivery Quest, Part 3

Innis responds "Giants! And a group I'm not acquainted with myself I'm afraid. Quickly now, let's be off, into the forest, this way..."


Yarbi comes to his senses, "On second thought, I'm sure they'll be other opportunities for treasure," he says as he backs away from the cabin and turns to follow Innis.







The ground continues to shake as silhouettes of very large humanoid creatures emerge off in the distance.

A low rumbling voice calls out, "I... SMELL... RABBIT..."



Just a little ways off-road into the forest, you can see an enchanting pond.

A wild path also continues westward.

Meanwhile, the sound of rumbling steps continue in the direction of Yarbi and the others.



Innis starts mumbling to herself something inaudible and starts making hand gestures with her little stubby mushroom hands... eventually saying out loud and clear "Oh... it's no use... it's just not working..."

Yarbi scrambles quickly behind Beartrand; Innis hops up onto Beartrand's backpack.

Yarbi nods in agreement, then acts ready to follow Innis,

"Right. Perhaps on the way back, then."

He refrains from updating the 'sacred map' for the moment, at least until he's fully dry.

Innis is also ready to lead.

Further west, off in the distance, there appears to be a deep ravine and a stone bridge crossing over it.

Innis sees it ahead and stops...
