I am thinking of making a Moderate Guile roll; I don't think that this takes too much effort but I don't think the guy feels right "talking about his betters". That'll give me 1
Guile and 1 Bonus Reserve. What are the stakes here? Additional rewards and risks?
Cool let's see how this works them :D
So from what I understood you don't roll the bonus reserves and you're going with a moderate 1d6 Guile (let me test it and see if the colors work). Setting the scale for PbP is probably not relevant, but the roll will be for the entire conversation I guess.
For the stakes "the players should say what they want to achieve and what potential drawbacks concern them, then the Chronicler should enumerate the stakes." So I think you guys can just add this to an OOC comment when you declare the roll. The question is
What do you want to learn and what do you think may go wrong? I have some ideas, but let's try having your input first.
If anyone else has some cool idea, fell free to suggest that as well :D I have a feeling this part is supposed to be a very interactive negotiation around the table :D
So, for example "I don't think the guy feels right talking about his betters." could be a risk.
You can also declare 1 success by burning the bonus reserve before you roll, or you can keep it to avoid damage (which is unlikely for a moderate chat at a tavern).
