It's part of the 75XP. The first couple parts of this adventure hand out milestone based XP. Later on you'll earn XPs specifically for dispatching baddies.

Will you have us gain xp as a group or will individual actions and great rp be accounted for too?

XP will be gained equally as a group so that everyone stays level. RP (especially those matching your Ideals/Flaws/Bonds) may earn Inspiration for your character.
