Personality
Sadur grew up in human family on countryside and is very kind and compassion to everyone by default. He is used to ignore what humans have to say about him. He is used to be mistreated
His short-tempered nature only shows up when anyone who have been kind to him are mistreated, insulted or threatened. Should he want to protect anyone he is more inclined to action than contemplation and to fighting than arguing. Even if the opponent is too strong
Backstory:
Grew up in human blacksmith family of a small village. He grew up without father and his older sun (human) took care of family business. His human mother never told him who his father is, but he eventually learned that Orcs murdered her husband...
Mother Mara is a woman with big hart and she loved the half-orc she gave birth to and made him believe he has a great destiny
to save humans despite their attitude toward a half-orc. To no surprised we was the only person who was not scared of an owlbear when it appeared in nearby forest and soon hunted and killed it.
When lord from a city came to award the champion, lord's son happened to harass Sadur's sister. Sadur did not hesitate a second beating lord's sun for his great surprise and shame. When Mara discovered that she demanded that Sadur run away from the village immediately as she knew Sadur would be hanged for that.
No human blacksmith wanted to hire half-orc artisan. So he eventually found a woodcutter job in another region. But was hated among others for his orc blood. He soon tried moving to big city were non human races are better tolerated, but accidentally got involved into helping criminals and soon had to run away.
So he have been running from place to place until realised Averndale is the border town and nowhere to run anymore. He will do try hard this time to not get into any trouble.
When Sadur shared with with mother that he hear the whispers of Gruumsh in their dreams, calling them to unleash the rage that simmers within them. She explained that Orc god Gruumsh - lord of war and fury - could provide him the power, but it is for Sadur to decide how to employ that power.
And he did when an owlbear were reported to attack loggers in the nearby forest. Sadur took few axes, hunted and killed it for everyone great relief. But Gruumsh’s exultation reflected too deep in his hart. He couldn't think of blacksmith work any more. He tailored a few battle suitable axes for himself and took off to the city to meet his destiny.
Appearance .
Sadur takes care of his appearance (dress code) and his beard to look like a human, hiding his muscles beneath always clean shirt.
But he is not hiding his orc blood (he don't try to disguise his teeth, ears, skin colour etc.)
Obviously most humans see an ugly, scary and strong half-orc, not half-human. Especially when he speaks his harsh and grating voice.
Nevertheless those who have dare to look at the ugly face will notice beard is carefully cut and clean; sad expression in his deep ayes.
Personality Traits
Thinking is for other people. I prefer action.
I get bored easily. When am I going to get on with my destiny?

Freedom. Tyrants must not be allowed to oppress the people. (Chaotic)
Sincerity. There’s no good in pretending to be something I’m not. (Neutral)

I’m convinced of the significance of my destiny, and blind to my shortcomings and the risk of failure.
Goals
Short-term Goal(s):
Establish a reliable source of income to cover living expenses. Find place to stay (house?)
Find "friends" or at least a group he could trust and enjoy life with: feasting, drinking, wrestling, drumming, and wild dancing — everything that fills his hearts with joy
Long-term Goal: Fulfill his destiny to help Averndale to become a friendly community with no conflicts and wrongdoings. He do believe that it could be achieved through solving the problems that the people of Averndale have.
