I considered Contacts instead of Bushcraft, but it didn't sit right when I considered Aolita was out and abroad, away from home...

I've installed the "creepy" theme, a brand new addition to the growing suite of features on Gamersplane.com. 
These themes have to be: 1) enabled in a game (done) and 2) enabled in your computer browser. To enable it, you need to click the Install Scripts link at the bottom of this post. You may also need to install the browser Extension "Tampermonkey".
I don't think that this won't work on your mobile device. If you don't install it, you won't miss anything. All that it does is change the formatting of posts a little bit.

It's totally optional and cosmetic. I wouldn't even know how to rely on it, to be honest.
Also, I got it to work on my phone, using the tampermonkey extension on Kiwi Browser.

Here are a couple pages from the core rule book. (Weapons and armor are in other pages.)
Thaler, Shillings & Ortegs
The main currency is the thaler, which can be divided into shillings (10 for each thaler) and ortegs (100 for each thaler). Farmers rarely handle coins larger than a shilling, since most of their transactions are made through trade, using ortegs and shillings as change. The thaler is the coin of the merchants and then often in the form of a paper Writ of Debt rather than actual coins. The nobles’ bailiffs count in thaler as well, but usually handle them in the form of days worked or goods. At the bottom of the Ambrian society the economy consists of favors, alms, beggar's bread and lonely ortegs.
For travel rations, look at the entry for Camp Life. That should do it for daily rations, and we can assume that what you get won't spoil overtly quick.

Just a heads up, I'll be backpacking from the 6th to the 15th of August, and will be very, very away from keyboard. I have no issues with people playing my characters.

Weirdly enough, neither! Thanks to your Dominate ability (assuming you used the pretend), you would use Persuasive!

Gang, I ended my hike early for a multitude of reasons (including a potential thunderstorm while stuck on an exposed ridgeline), so I'm back! I'll try to get up a post in a bit.

I think we should have a chat about this game. The pace has become slower than I'd like. Perhaps I could have pushed it along faster. I suspect that feeling is the same for the rest of you.

You know, it does feel like this game never hit its stride. I like the characters and especially the interactions between Vargos and Aolita, but the energy has been lacking.

I think I’ll bow out of this one. The characters were really interesting, but the system style isn’t for me.
