It's a +2 per ability score for a total of +6 across your character. CHARISMA 20 - is that where you have placed your 18? That would give you the equivalent Charisma as a Succubus/Incubus.

Going to make the other choices a bit later today, but lets see what the dice bring me for my pally

Human.
STR 13 + 2 = 15
DEX 10 + 0 = 10
CON 13 + 1 = 14
INT 09 + 0 = 09
WIS 13 + 1 = 14
CHA 17 + 2 = 19


Dunno what feat for homebrew human I am going to pick yet, but it could boost up a stat.

"Ability Score Modifiers Add 6 points to your ability scores, maximum of +2 to one ability"
Should I read this as no more than +2 per ability (which I did?)
Or no more than one ability can get +2 (in which case I take +1 str (14) and +1 int (10))

I'm currently torn between an Orog Barbarian and Fairy Sorcerer (Wild Magic) or Warlock (Feylord pact). Also still waiting on how magic works in this setting.

I'm going with a sprite druid.

Strength: 11 [+0] (rolled 2, 2, 4, 5=11)
Charisma: 10 [+0] (rolled 1, 2, 2, 6=10)
Wisdom: 15 [+2] (rolled 4, 4, 5, 5=14, +1 from racial trait)
Constitution: 12 [+1] (rolled 2, 2, 5, 5=12)
Dexterity: 15 [+2] (rolled 1, 3, 4, 6=13, +2 from racial trait)
Intelligence: 10 [+0] (rolled 1, 3, 3, 4=10)

These would fulfill the ability score requirements of a Strength score less than 14 and a Dexterity score greater than 14 (I'm assuming I'm interpreting those correctly).

I’m thinking of changing the concept a little, though.

I’m thinking that this dwarven female (her name is Lucia), was named because she brought a light in the eyes of her family when she was born. She was good-natured, curious, and fun. However, one day while exploring alone, she got stuck in something like a goo.

Ever since that moment, her finger nails seem to have a blackness that cannot be removed, and it has seeped into the deep wells of her eyes. As she levels up, I would assume that the shadowy substance takes more hold of her with each level of sorcerer.

I also read there are no Paladin, Bard, Sorcerer or Warlock in this setting. All of those classes are replaced with a single Charisma based class Mountebank - a non-spellcaster class. Which means that glyph magic is exclusively used by Wizards.
My character concept is shot, since sorcerers are not a part of this setting. I'm going to change my concept, which may take me a day or two.
