I believe that a light crossbow does a 1d6 damage, rather than 1d4+4.

You are correct, sir. Don't know where I got d4+4 from. It may be from one of the 5E games I am playing in. Rerolling damage.

Tabat was in melee range, I believe, so I added sneak attack damage to Iseret's last post.

A tiny scorpion lashes out at Idorii as well.

That definitely hit Tabat - 19 damage took him to -5/28 hp. Khadi's channel brings him back up to +6/28, but he's prone.
Tabat screams as the burning rays burrow into his skin and he falls to the ground. Only a moment later, a bathe of healing energy washes over him and his eyes flutter open. He feels at his body, quickly releasing a burst of healing energy into his own self, then groans and pushes himself back up.

I'm guessing no AOO since Azaz hasn't back up to Tabat yet, Velriana's at range, and Khelru is down.
He prepares to unleash an attack against any enemy that is, or comes, within range. "This could have been resolved PEACEFULLY," he yells through the attack.
OOC:
Swift Action: Lay on Hands (self), +2d6hp (+9, brings Tabat back to 15/28hp)
Move Action: Stand Up
Standard Action: Ready Attack - does this trigger when Azaz steps back towards Tabat?

Iseret's bolt pings off of Velriana, avoiding the identical images. Surprised, and frustrated at the turn of events, she fires her wand back at Iseret, backing away from the others toward the south side of the room. The beam of fire strikes Iseret squarely, doing less damage than it did to Tabat, but still a lot.

Idorii runs south to cut her off, wary about the wand but confident that the mage's last seconds are numbered.
OOC:
Velriana moved 30' straight south to the bottom of the room, so it's a 30' move to get to melee range with her. However, she's basically going to be trapped there by Idorii cutting her off. She is not going to give up, fighting with fanatical zeal.

Tabat points his weapon at the fleeing Velriana. He takes off after her at incredible speed, holding his shield to the side and bringing his weapon up for an, hopefully final, attack. As he completes the charge, he brings the khopesh down with righteous might.

Special Attack: Charge (w/ Risky Strike and Flank w/ Idorii) - total +3 attack, -2 AC until my next turn (20 -> 18 AC), +2 dmg

Tabat ends the combat swiftly and decisively striking Velriana in the back with his khopesh. She grunts and falls to the ground, driven unconscious and dying.

Combat is over.

Idorii lowers her weapons and looks at you. "I'm sorry, she insisted we would recover a special item sacred to Nethys and then we would leave. We haven't taken anything really."

Khadi immediately rushes to look at the fall Scorched hand, casting prayers over them to stabilize their condition if she gets to them in time.

'We should hand them over to the guard, rather than deal their punishment ourselves.' Her eyes flick up to Idorii. '..thank you, for not forcing us to hurt even another...'

You stabilize them efficiently. They remain unconscious, but are no longer dying. Idorii sheathes her weapons. "You're going to spare them? You're good people. Disarm them though, they're well equipped. And gag all of them, they're all spellcasters."

'It is not our place to decide if they die, it's the guards and temple of Pharasma. We should not take it in our own hands. She also doubted her father would be too pleased if she also told him they tried to kill her and her friends. ' You do however have a very good point....' She starts to follow Idorii's advice.
