IC - Savage Worlds

Would anyone be interested (serious inquiries only, please!) in a Savage Worlds playthrough of the classic AD&D module N1 Cult of the Reptile God? I am seeking four to six people who will stick with it and not ghost us.

Just yesterday I thought to myself that I'd like to try out Savage Worlds fantasy. I'd like to throw my hat into the ring for this. I've only dabbled in Savage Worlds up to this point.

Real life has made me a bit inconsistent recently, but that should be getting better in a few weeks. What post frequency are you planning?

I should clarify as my previous post was perhaps a bit harsh. I understand that real life often interferes and I don't have a problem with that. I do have a problem with people signing up and then disappearing without a trace.

But to address your question, I could see us going a couple of posts a week (two to three), as my own life is pretty hectic.

Would be down for this! Got into Savage Worlds just this year, and itching to play again.

I've been a Savage Worlds player and GM since about 2007. Most recently. I received my alpha copy of the new SWADE Fantasy Companion (for kickstarting it) and have been reading (and testing) that work and really liking what I see.

If you're open to someone that's not at all familiar with the system and very little TTRPG experience, I can toss my coin in the bucket for this. I've looked up what the system is and it seems interesting and refreshingly different than 5e but that's about all I know about it.

I have played a cowboy vs zombie setting of SW. It was fun. I would love to try a fantasy game of SW

I am very willing to teach the system. Savage Worlds is very easy to learn and plays fast. Their slogan is fast, furious, fun! You should at least read the Test Drive rules to get a feel for the system.

I have five interested parties (one who contacted me privately), so I'll work up the recruitment thread and send out invitations in the next day or so.
