"It is a good idea Bells, training and outfitting are both required for an effective watch. I can offer training from the Huskies, and setup a regime that will have them in shape in no time. However, the supplies are another story, and harder to come by here than other places. I'm happy to donate surplus to the watch, its an opportunity that won't come often."
