OOC:
That damage to Ed is reduced by 3 (temp hp go first).

Readied action from last round.
Carefully, Nijim stands up from the straw and thrusts with his rapier.

The rapier is cheap trash and made to be showy rather than sharp, but for backstabbing? It'll do.

The bandit that Jim jumped gurgled as he tried to say something - his mouth full of blood as Jim's rapier ran through him like a kebab skewer. His instinctive reaction is to use whatever is in his hands at the moment against his adversary - Jim in this case, so he fires his crossbow but misses his target by large. His bolt hits a wooden pole near Ed.

OOC:
Move to AE8 - no opportunity attack as he's not leaving the threat.
Jiminy leaves his rapier in place as he dances around the bandit.

He gets close enough to Mor to croon.

"♫ You know you're a cute little heart breaker, ha ♫"

Let's hope Mor really does break some hearts, and knees, and skulls...
OOC:
3 temp HP for Mor at the start of each round.
Ed no longer has heroism (it's a concentration spell), but I'm kinda hoping that Ed can put his foe down.

Ed is surprised by the scimitar slash, and a small wound appears in his leg. But way to soon the surprise turn to anger and he fires his next bolt to this bandit waving around his scimitar way to close to him.

The deflected axe swings behind Mor's back, embedding itself in the leader's side once more with a meaty squelch. "Stay down..." she rumbles.

The thug roars in pain, as Mor's greataxe merely scapes his left cheek but cuts his left shoulder so deep that the arm remains in place solely by the ligament and a few tendons.
He brings his mace down at Mor yet again, followed by an uppercut swing.

The bandit that Jeimi wounded stubbornly fires another bolt from close distance, while the bandit facing Ed decided that that would be a good time to get to his leader's aid as Ed's bolt flew past him harmlessly. He dives and rolls away (ad11) - grunting in the process for his wounds were hurting him like hell.

OOC:
8 damage to Mor. Halved is 4, but from the 3 temp heroism HP first leaves only one point of damage to Mor.
That'll be the last of the heroism, as getting hit with a crossbow tends to ruin Jim's concentration.
Deadjim screams in A sharp arrow as he falls to the bolt.

Albeit managing to hold his ground, the Thug is well-versed in intimidation - and he can tell that Mor is dead serious.
As Mor shouts, Ed's stray arrow is perceived as a warning shot to his underling.

The thug makes a rapid retreat, signaling the two bandits with a sharp whistle.

"Ye better watch yer back. The Welcomers not forgive nor forget. Ye better watch, ya hear me?"

The bandits, seeing their leader retreat, follow suit - stumbling as they try to make haste.

Thug Wis saving throw - (1d20+2)
