Together we decide who goes first in an exchange of turns, and then after that person goes they decide who goes next. Any questions about that?

Sun Li you can absolutely chuck that "javelin." You also succeeded in hiding from the gargoyles, and thus created the aspect Hidden From View. If you choose you can spend a Fate point to invoke that and gain a +2 on your roll, or reroll it entirely. You must do that before I give you the results of your roll.
