Sarynn briefly considers where the reported prisoners might be, when the appearance of the Malevolent Warlock startles her back to the present. Her prior failures against Kelek leaves her reason to try her hand at Skylla instead, launching another eldritch blast through her tiny magnifying lens.
OOC:
Action: Eldritch Repelling Blast at Skylla. Upon a hit, knocks her back 10 feet from me
Movement: Return to 3/4 cover behind the workbench.

Gnarling his teeth in frustration, Jules keeps his head down. As Biff attacks the wizard, the gnome tries to stay behind the workbench but uses his chance to shot the damnedite spellcaster. This one wouldn't escape!

Then he ducks again to get full cover and moves silently to a new position to fool their enemies.

Shooting with Adv. on Kelek while being covered himself.
Bonus: Hide
Move: Theater of mind. From one 3/4 covered shooting postion to the next. ;)

Briefly touching the darkness, Biff’s eyes are open, and defiant, once again. He stabs at the old wizard, desperate to have this foe taken from the world, even if it costs him his life!

Sarynn's eldritch blast knocks Skylla into the open! Changing her plan, she goes on the defensive and winks out of existence!
OOC:
Choosing to use reaction to use Skylla's special ability, which allows her to turn invisible and teleport up to 30 feet whenever she takes damage. This means she won't be able to shoot, so I won't bother to check concentration, which is broken either way. @Jules, this means Skylla is no longer a target when your turn comes up, so feel free to keep your rolls and reassign your target.
Biff stands, and Kelek's eyes go wide. "Why won't you stay DOWN!?" Biff decides he still has a trick or two up his very long sleeves, and comes at Kelek with a vengence! His stab cuts right through the Wizard's chest, but then you realize you've only stabbed a duplicate. It fades from existence, leaving two duplicates left.

Jules' bolt pierces the wizard's black heart - but then it turns out to be one of the duplicates. It fades from existence, leaving only 1 illusion left.

Biff sighs, having stabbed at the wrong mage. There’s a look of resignation on his face, as he waits for the blows to rain down on him again from magician!

Kelek throws up a shield of magical energy to intercept Reynard's fiery sword, protecting himself and his illusory duplicate.

Zargash pokes his head around the corner from the portal and fires his black ray at Beven's head, then ducks back behind the portal! The hastily-cast spell impacts into the worktable, turning the wood black and rotten.

Kelek swings his snake-headed staff at Biff, striking him in the temple. He crumples, unconscious again. He twirls the staff and brings it to bear against Reynard next, bashing his shield away with surprising force, and then striking with the snake's fangs (12 bludgeoning damage to Reyanrd).

The zombified Warduke then proceeds to murderously stab at Reynard with it's dagger with surprising speed and skill (9 damage to Reynard)

Skylla appears not far from 20 feet from Kelek and sends a blast of eldritch power hurtling toward Reynard. She drops him with a smug look of satisfaction, then retreats for cover.

The blow slams into Biff and his head snaps back cruelly. His vision starts to swim, and desperate words begin to form.

"The… childr…" and then everything is inky black; save for the form of a white rabbit, stark against the black. The face is blurred. Is it Twisp? Here? No…

The rabbit fades, and so does Biff Zezzarr…

Sarynn takes a pinch of wood dust and sand, and blows the particles into the portal and between Kelek and Skylla. Each speck puffs into illusory flower petals that scatter and float gently in a relaxing cascade.
OOC:
Casting Sleep at 2nd-level, originating the point in the portal and expanded outward to include Kelek and Skylla, but avoid Reynard.

Reynard's eye flutter open and he staggers to his feet, willing his sword back to its flaming state. He tries to clear his blurry vision and takes a swing at Kelek.

Seeing his friends fall right and left, cold fear grips Jules' heart. Breathing hurts and the League of Malevolence still got more than enough fit in them to kick the Witchlights Crews asses. Thinking about running forward through the portal and following Zargash, the small Waterhavian recalls Skyla and her blasts and comes to the conclusion that this wouldn't end well for him and therefore the team.

Instead, the Honeyfriend decides to take a risk of a different route. One out of the warlocks book.

Sneaking a bit forward to get unseen to a better position, he aims his crossbow at the portal. If the priest who seems to control Warduke comes out of hiding just for a moment he would shoot the b*stard. Then he would fall flat to the ground to be a harder target for all those dangerous loonies. Maybe this would change the tide of battle. With clammy fingers on the trigger, Jules waits in hiding and hopes that he wouldn't have to wait to long.

Free: Fall flat to the ground.

Sarynn's magic puts Kelek into an near-instant slumber. Before his eyes close, he locks eyes with Sarynn, and she can see that he knows she is the architect of his defeat. After falls to the ground, unconscious, the portal does not close. Perhaps the staff is what keeps it open?

Reynard takes the opportunity to end it. He guesses which of the two Keleks on the ground is the real one, and smashes it with his flaming blade. He chooses correctly, and slays the leader of the League of Malevolence.

Beven can't see Skylla, but he knows which workbench she crouched behind. He strums a discordant chord and sends a shockwave through the air. Tin soldier parts go flying in very direction, and Skylla is badly shaken beneath. Blood streams from her ears.

Zargash emerges from the portal and into Jules' trap. The Waterdhavian gnome puts his bolt right through the dark priest's eye, dropping him on the floor. When he falls dead, so too does the giant undead knight.

Beven finished the job with another shatter spell. The Witchlight Crew had triumphed over the League of Malevolence.

The front door is suddenly shaking. Ten Tin Can soldiers have broken through and are charging into Loomlurch, hot on your tail.

The red portal beckons, and through it you can see the Palace of Heart's Desire, where Zybilna's is rumoured to be frozen and her cauldron kept. With the Flame Tongue sword now in your possession, you could free Zybilna's and restore Prismeer to its former glory. But, Biff is unconscious and rapidly dying!

Jules keeps to the shadows as he isn't keen on fighting the toy soldiers. His goal is to free the children as promised to Will and the Getaway Gang, help Lamorna with her mate and send young Star home, back to his mother. And somewhere around here is his sense of orientation. And he would be damned if he couldn't capitalize on this chance to get it back - a Honeyfriend never surrenders!

If the others want to save Zybilna and her realm - Jules would join them in a day or two. But for now the Waterhavian is a halfling-raised gnome on a mission.
