Hello. Thanx for having me.

Wow. This seems in a way like it's the setting 5e was made for.

I am a bit overwhelmed by the wealth of material, but I'll get through it soon.

I am thinking that an Eladrin Fighter might be neat, someone who hews closer to the Nightmares aspect of Nod, and has adopted a mortal clan for inscrutable reasons.

Thanks for the invite, I'm looking forward to playing.

Wow! What a cool concept!

I know there’s a ton! Don’t let the volume of content overwhelm you!

There is no rush to get started. Take some time.

Thank you for the invite!

Right now I'm toying with an Elf of some variety (or maybe Half-Elf) Circle of Stars Druid. Though the Starling caught my eye as well. I'll dig more into the reading soon and start brainstorming. :)

Hello there! Nice to meet you all and to see some familiar faces. I got the pdf a few days ago and I absolutely love it. The artwork is amazing and some of the concepts of a primal world are really exciting to me. The new mystery of a shaping world and the absence of the normal framework of civilization and deities is really refreshing to a veteran D&D player like myself. One thing I missed is playing the truly outlandish in normal D&D games, but in this setting it's very acceptable. I'm hope we'll all have a blast with it.

Me too, man! Me too!

I too got the PDF and it's gorgeous. I have never played a "prehistoric" kinda game before, and I'm really looking forward to it.

Yeah, the setting is quite unique and interesting, thank you for accepting me!

I just want to say that this is my first adventure/campaign on this site AND d&d 5e is not my most familiar edition (I played a lot of d&d 4e and AD&D) so... if i do something wrong or I forget something please tell me immediately, I won't bite, promise!

(do not fear though, I played a few adventures in d&d 5e as a player already, so I do know the basics. I'm just not completely used to it yet)

PS pleasure to meet you all!

Thank you for the invite! Looking forward to the game.

I've looked over the Kinship section, but can I ask if Goblinoids and Shifters are allowed?

Yes, you can be anything related to 5e that is WOTC-approved, but we do have to figure out the best way to incorporate you into the world.

Goblins are easy, but changeling are a bit more difficult.

Maybe there is a level of re-flavoring to make it fit in the world. I’m open to collaborating on the concepts you are interested in exploring.

Thanks for the response!

I'll just specify that I meant Shifters, the part-were-people, not the changelings. I ask because the last Kinship post implied they could be playable, so I was wondering.

Ooh! A shifter could be fun! Let’s think about how that stigma might play. Maybe you were touched by a deity related to your shifter appearance, so you are considered godmarked, but it manifests differently.

Or maybe you are truly cursed with lycanthropy. If so, how did that curse fall upon you? How does it impact people’s perception of you when they first meet you? Are there clans that forbid your presence? Etc etc etc.

What a fun idea!

Glad that you approve! I'll keep these suggestions in mind while I look at the options and such.

There may be other ideas that you have to tie the character here. Feel free to bring things to the table.

Thanks for the invite to the game! So sorry for the late response. Was out traveling the entire weekend but I am now back to posting consistently every day. Will be going through all the threads to get all the information I need to start working on some character concepts!
