The netrunner is splattered across the elevator doors but the security checkpoint turrets do their automated work when Sergei pops into the entryway to take his shots and a burst of hot lead comes at the Russian...

Sergei is quick and as fast as he pumps two rounds into the decker he is gone again. The turret fires through the wall as Sergei rolls away but the shots find no joy.

Flesher realizes that their escape is compromised by having two snipers on the roof. She is fairly sure, since they’re focused on 25 floors below that she can sneak up on one of them. She chooses the one that would be out of line of sight of the other. She has a cyber-mod in her thumb which she has an itch to try out, but she will try a little martial arts first. She’s hoping to reach him in one more round.

After the lead flies he calls out to the remaining corpo SEC

Appearing to have successfully stealthed her approach, the wily medtech draws upon the martial arts training she did with her ripperdoc mentor. He taught her a move specifically for this scenario to knock a sniper over a roof’s edge. Mindful of grabbing the gun if it starts to tumble over, she picks up speed and launches into him.

Flesher creeps up on the sniper and just when she is in position she hears a call come across the man's radio:

Send back up, two shooters on twenty-five!

As the guard reaches up for the comm he releases his rifle and the combat medic makes her move. A short dash, a leap, and a boot in the back sends the guard pitching over the ledge and into the void below. His scream echos across the cityscape and Flesher can't help but feel the other sniper might have heard...
