She says Boo is a 'hamster' (though, given the setting, it is more like 'space hamster', amiright? :).

@TheGenerator: When were you (last) involved with Abby? Is the pet new, maybe since you broke up?

I think we split up at the end of my first term as a spy. So, somewhere between 3 and 5 years ago. Do you have a preference? Something that would help plot-wise.

Hamsters live about 2-3 years. So Ronny would not know about this one. Maybe a previous one, though? Or do space hamsters live longer? ;)

Do you want Ronny to know about the pet before we have to deal with it? If it was after his time, then we can have it be a new experience for everyone. No one else has the Animals Skill, so clearly none of you have really had serious 'pets in space', so we will have to learn. :)
We can find out. It might be simplest to just say "it lives till it not living adds to the story". A lot of time might pass on the ship, and I don't want to have to worry about this all the time if it is not actually interesting.

I don't really know which direction Pedrop is wanting to go with this animal. So I'll leave the details and quirks up to them.

I guess Ronny is the only one who could know about the animal. Let's see what Pedrop says. I can't really think of anything interesting to attribute to a hamster at this moment.

The animal was just an idea, as it clicked, I hope everyone will develop it with me. I see what you want to do with the name. Could be also something else very serious sounding like... I don't know... General Roger? President Regan ? I'm very open for this.

As for the quirk... maybe he was genetically enhanced, modified...? Or it has also some little hamstery-cybernetics? That give him some additional capabilities? Like maybe he can "read"(as Abby would call it?) the message from paper/screen and repeat it/rewrite it on the sand/other paper when the right command will be used? Of course not understanding it... Or something like this? Not so obvious, but could be useful? Or/and some obsession on something? Chargeable cybernating rear legs that he has to charge everyday to be able to walk? Something else?
