Hey everyone,
I'm Yuun. I have just started to explore the world of pen and paper and pbp. I've played a handful of DnD campaigns over the years, but all were one offs meant to fill an evening with a few friends at the time.
I rarely have the chance to play with groups anymore due to other hobbies and responsibilities, but I do like to spend my mornings writing or working on a solo adventure.
I'm joining up to learn more about pbp, how it works, and to see if I enjoy it as much as playing in person and my solo rp experiences.
I have the most experience with Ironsworn, Starforged, and DnD 5e, but I'm really interested in learning new systems, too. I have my eyes on TinyD6 and variants, Star Wars RPG (FFG and WEG d6), Scarlet Heroes, Rune by Gila RPG, and some others.
I do enjoy narrative, but am not particular to one style yet. I like anything speculative, but tend to gravitate towards scifi or imagined worlds that are not based in the DnD universe. That said, I still have fun with the occasional fantasy game.
