Hey Psybermagi,
Thank you for getting me started.
Quick question, I'm looking to create a monk-like character that doesn't use weapons. I'm referencing the Tiny Dungeon 2e rules and I'm not sure how you'd like me to begin since there are additional options in your list of character options.
Quote:
Martial Artist:
Be like water, flowing through cracks. You can select
Unarmed as a Weapon Group to be proficient with. You must select
a particular martial arts attack as your Mastered Weapon.
Should I pick something like punches, kicks, or palm strikes as the "Mastered Weapon" for my Unarmed Weapon Group? Also, Do I need to set a discipline that I'm working towards or have practiced? ie: Fire, Water, Earth, Metal, etc listed in the optional rules of Tiny Dungeon 2e.
There isn't much in terms of rules directing this type of pursuit at the beginning. It seems like more of the depth and direction comes after I've become a Grandmaster, which I am most definitely not.
My idea was to create a monk that isn't necessarily a honed fighter as much as avoidant of harm, if possible.
