Question is: How could the Commander see him chewing on crayons if he's had the helmet on the whole time?

He has to take the helmet off at some point to chew on a new crayon...

We all just graduated from boot camp. Did Richter ever wash his face and hair, or did he always wear his helmet to the showers?

Did Richter even go to basic? I'm pretty sure he was made in a test tube in Dr. Parasol's lab. And all the memories he thinks he has are just post hypnotic suggestion.

Yeah, you weren't made in a test tube. Dr. Parasol is an infamous biohacker who took liberties in doing illegal experimentations on her clients without their knowledge or consent. And when she got found out and fled, well, let's just say things got a whole lot more uglier...

Sweet looking forward to peeling the layers off that.

What is common knowledge of the Grey Men?

They kidnap humans and harvest genetic materials. If anyone survive an abduction, tales they tell of their experiences are rather gruesome as the Greys don't seem to believe in anesthetics...

Richter is wild eyed, 6'1" 244lbs of "hormonally challenged" grade AAA meat. He's a big man, not a huge one. Crew cut Copper hair and short beard. Blue green eyes. And a blue stain on the right corner of his mouth, presumably from chewing crayons. He has no tattoos but a large number of scars. He looks more like a bike gang member than a substitute teacher, which was apparently his career before he was press ganged into service.

His file reads 14F which means he took service in the marines as opposed to prison for a crime. The file goes on to say homicide but does not specify particulars. Only indicating he is flagged for the most dangerous assignments.

Do we know how these ships work? Was this part of the training?

Do we know if the explosives can help in this situation?

Nope. The Dominion of Humankind hasn't gotten much of the Grey tech to know how it all works. There are a lot of speculation based on what little was obtained and what has been observed. Nobody has ever tried putting explosives on a Grey ship before, so there's always a first time...
