He hasn't yet. So far the camera has only ever seen his back unless he's in armor. Even in the armory when he attempted to steal it showed only his hands and torso he was too tall to get his head into frame.

Okay, slight problem this morning. For some reason my Discord refused to work. I tried downloading the newest version in case I needed an update, and this one only works for Mac OS 10.13+... I have Mac OS 10.12.6... Yeah, I have a new PC I should be getting in May, until then, I have Discord on my phone, I guess, but I'm fighting against my French autocorrect each time I type. So yeah, things are going to be real fun for the next month or so. I'll try and see if I cannot somehow find a way to fix this somehow...

So Bookrat asked on the Discord if we were continuing playing or shutting the game down. Me personally, I was planning on continuing, but maybe some of you don't really like the system or setting...
So who wants to continue playing and who wants to call it quits?
Don't worry, I won't mind. Better to know now than push you to play something you don't like (or at the very least giving you the feeling like I'm pushing you to play something you don't like).

I saw this mission as the first part of the story, so I'm ready to continue.

I think it has some kinks to workout but it's been fun.

My character was completely useless in the adventure due to such strict starting equipment rules and the terrible psionics rules for humans. I'd rather simply transfer her out of the unit and leave the game.

I'm going to agree with JamaisVu.

It was a fun game, but the rules here just don't seem to favor anyone but a marine, and that's not my PC.

Rather than fighting it and trying to make it work, I would rather try one of the other hundreds of games that I've been wanting to try.

Thanks for the great game, Kal! And for everyone else - it was fun gaming with you. We hit off some fantastic banter back at the beginning, which was awesome!

Why not just play a filler marine and come back after you feel like you've advanced? I can see a lot of potential in advancing your characters and learning the tricks of the trade.

Think Samantha Carter from SG1 or Daniel Jackson. Both started as nerds and ended as one of earth's greatest warriors. Daniel Jackson even became a god.

The combat was a drag due to how tough the armor is, and the problem doesn't seem to be getting better due to the armor upgrades but not much ways to increase damage. I'd like to withdraw as well. Thanks for the game, kalajel.

Yeah, I'll admit, armor in this game could use a bit of rework...

I really liked the setting and the mood. The dynamics were interesting and I'd be curious to see where AJ, Enzo and Richter are going with their stories. However, I found the combat a bit confusing and I gave up on thinking about how much amo I use with what kind of shot etc. The thing with the armour wasn't very intuitive for me either. As most seem to have opted out, I will send Melena to the far far away and look for a scifi fix elsewhere. thanks for including me and see y'all soon :)

Well, with four players leaving looks like it's best I pull that band-aid. I'll leave this game active a few days longer then close it. I'll look into starting somethign else.
