Thanks! I have this whole thing in my head - though he's away at war, he's otherwise a shepherd by trade, as was his father before him. So he has himself set up with his family on a little farm. He longs to fulfill his duty to his king and retire to the simple life.

Automatic Bonus Progression Increases:

Weapon Attunement: Gain +1 (Weapon) enhancement bonus to Shield (this effectively does nothing, as the Bashing property 'acts' as a +1 weapon enhancement. This will be stepping stone to it becoming +2, however.)

Resistance: Gain +1 to Saves
Toughening: +1 Natural Armor (+1 AC)

I have been pouring over attack modifiers and realize that the Pathbuilder app, which I've been using to build Nikias, wasn't properly tracking his Attack modifiers.

At lvl 5 it said Sword +7 / Shield +5 when it should have been +5 / +5. I found the option in the app and fixed it (it was thinking the off-hand weapon was 'light'). Sorry about that!
