Interest Check/Poll: What System To Run?

Well, I have applied for a few games since I joined here and have my first campaign up and running (on our first combat), but I usually had several more games than that running at a time and am planning to add one more game, but I want to run with something that will get people excited, so before I do a recruitment I am going to run a few polls here to get an idea of which of my ideas/games I am capable of running will get people excited to play.

Is it bad I'd enjoy a second WoD game? Lol

Honestly, I love the whole BattleTech setting. I’ve been buying the books for years just to read the lore, even though I don’t play the war game (I’m a sucker for ‘80s military sci-fi). That said, I have always wanted to try Mechwarrior. Wouldn’t mind giving that system a go. World of Darkness would be a close second.

I've been sitting on Werewolf the Apocalypse 20 and Wraith 20th for quite awhile. I'd love to give either one a go. I've never played Werewolf, and only played Wraith once, but I really like the books and the lore in both of them.

Well, seems that as of now World of Darkness is taking the lead, going to leave this up for a while longer and see if we can get some more voices in there before I decide for sure.

While I definitely would prefer a long running campaign, the nature of PbP seems that the Short style might work better. Although, if pathfinder, I wouldn't mind seeing an entire AP from end to end.. lol

the play-by-email Vampire games I was involved in, this was late 1990s, were based on the. 1996 tv show "Kindred: The Embraced", which was itself loosely based on Vampire: the Masquerade 2nd edition. Since we were playing by email, and there were no discord servers back then, we didn't roll dice. We did use the Clans and Disciplines as described in 2nd Ed.
I never saw the 20th Anniversary edition, and while I have gotten the 5th edition book, I'm not a fan of the changes. I'd prefer to stick to the 2nd edition VtM

20 th Anniversary Editions are basically the revised rules (which are close to 2nd edition), they were just combined into nice big books and re released. There are a few changes, but minor compared to the 5th edition changes.

For anyone who didn't see- I started a recruitment for a modern werewolf game. Hope to get a good group together and get that rolling!

Which edition? You mean you would GM it? I'm looking pacifically for 3rd ed.

I am hoping for a GM + group. Edition isn't important to me.
