Book 1: A New Day

Diana is already started to focus, ready to jump the second she gets the go ahead. She gives Misha a nod as she nips back with the sword and starts to jump as Alex comes back.

"Fuuuuuuck! That was EASY!" The diminutive Ahroun exclaimed when the group stepped into the Umbra.
"Ain't gonna lie, I was expecting the pigs to put up some more of a fight!"

"Look at this shit man! Magic sword!" With a smirk she lifted the Sword of the Meth King two-handed and made some test swings.
"Never used anything bigger than a shank in juvie but this shit can do some damage!"

For the briefest moment Diana looks exhausted as she drops them back in the Umbra, but she quickly hides it as she sends the other a message through Mammoth

'We' ve got it'

She then turns to Misha as she's swing ut and tries not to grimace at the Ahrouns form.

'I have had lessons... I could teach you if you woul like.' The question is slightly hesitant, and the Theurge braces herself, already expecting an insult in response.

Still if the Alpha was keeping the sword she may as well learn to use it properly.

Taking a quick look around, Paul makes it a point to knock over anything not nailed down to make a mess before heading for cover. "A few trash cans, knocked over chairs, make sure some people see us, and then split! He calls for Rat Food to follow and suggests that they'll probably need to make their way back toward the police station at some point. "We'll need to meet back up with the others, but we can't risk drawing more attention to ourselves than we need to," he says to his companion. "Now that the police are here, we need to get out of here, and discreetly."

Over the next two weeks, Patrick will continue meditating with his pistol. Which seems odd, until people remember it's a fetish. Perhaps he is attempting to strengthen his bond with it?

He still goes to school, and the pack may be surprised to realize he actually does his homework. While he is no straight A student, he certainly does the work.

Outside of that, he's usually off with his crew, doing... whatever it is they do. Probably nothing good, considering they "procured" a vehicle.

Paul will carry on with his pedestrian life as if none of this ever happened, but there's a certain thrill that lingers. He decides to use a bit of his free time to look into Stargazer lore to get a better sense of where he can play his part for his tribe, and by extension, his pack. Also, he needs a little break from activities from the other Garou and tries to immerse himself in simple distractions such as sports like tennis and video games with other students.

As the others leave Diana restates her wish to remain a look into the kindred activity. The offer for anyone else to stay is made.

While she originally hoping to disrupt them, without the full force of a pack behind her, she choose first to observe and see if she can find out anything else, and figure out possible targets. The idea of finding a target to take out to prove herself to the others is at the back of her mind, though she keeps telling herself a report to give to other garou would also work.

Surprisingly it is Misha who goes along with Diana's vampire hunting scheme, although it's clear that it's mostly because she needs help with unlocking the spiritual power of the Ancient Sword of the Meth King more than learning how to swing it from Diana. Then again, Misha's one of the two packmates who has a car so unless Diana feels like badgering Patrick for a drive of a few hours, the trade seems to be time for time with Misha.

Diana will wake with a start lashing out but catching herself and stopping when realising its just Alex There are mumbles of her being fine as she tries to shrug it off. The rest of the time they stay she will try and get a separate room, similar to back in the warehouse where she always tries to sleep separate, not wanting to disturb, or make the others aware of her ...unccooperative dreams. Despite seeming exhausted, she manages to push through and keeping going

She starts trying to looking into the vampires by watching the station, tracking when the machine is filled, who is filling it, and who seems to be using it the most, especially at night.

Misha was distracted with the whole vampire hunting business as she was preoccupied with the Ancient Sword of the Meth King. She had missed the lessons about fetishes but Diana brought her up to speed. Afterwards, while Diana went to watch a can dispenser all day, Misha spent time with the big honking fetish. She wasn't in this spiritual mumbo-jumbo but she got the idea. There were spirits in the thing and she had to play nice with them. One was jittery while the other was angry. She could feel them now when she focused. The rest of the day was spent trying to share her thoughts with them, even though she couldn't speak their language any more than they could speak hers. Instead it had to be a sharing of thoughts while she had the blade on her lap and looked like one of those stupid monks from an old movie. But in the end she did it. She kinda felt proud of it too. And fucking hell, now that the spirits were cool with her the sword had changed into something else. It almost felt weird. Like it was an extension of herself.

Carrying it around still was a bitch though. She needed a bigger coat to hide it under..
