If I wanted Paul, and maybe a helper to take time to analyze a sample of this stuff would this need to be a rite? When I looked over the list it didn't appear to be a fit, but this feels more like a the kind of thing that would require time and concentration.

Taking these as a group roll as you compare notes.

You compare your notes-- abnormal existence throughout history while remaining the same age, super strength, the smell of blood, and compare it to the threats of the Wyrm that you have heard of and the conclusion is quite clear in the end-- vampires.

You know that perhaps Hook Hand or one of the other elders would know more about them, but also that they are currently unavailable- all the elder pack has departed to deal with some other threat that he mentioned to Misha before.

Misha lounged on a barrel against the wall. She shrugged.
"Fuck if I know." Then she rubbed her face and groaned. She could already imagine the absolute fuckfest that was going to happen if she did nothing and Hook Hand and his pack came back and heard about it. They would definitely go for another round of using her as a punching bag.
"FUUUCK! They're on our turf now! We can't look away. So let's nuke the fucking factory and get rid of it. Anyone know how to make a big fucking bomb?"

I sadly have no knowledge on how to make explosives but I am sure there's other options Alexander looks to the others to see if they have any idea on what there next move should be

Running Fish mentions that he's heard of something called, "ghouls" where a vampire makes a human drink the blood and they can abilities beyond mortals and become thralls to the vampire's will.
