Going to be working on Floras character sheet this weekend so I won't get back to posting until Monday so have an awesome weekend. Won't be on tomorrow cuz of Fantasy island dnd too so I'll be working on the character sheet offline and will copy and paste everything in on Monday.

Got Floras character sheet done and posted what happened to her during her 6 months of training and how she met her Warlock Patron Lord Oberon King of the Fae. Enjoy and I'll be back Sunday and Monday.

About initiative, I'm in favor of using passive init or dm rolling init and setting up the turn order. It saves alot of time for GP PbP.

My system is like this if you want to adopt it.

Red= Death saves or unable to act
Green = Active turn
Blue = Next
(use parenthesis for info)

So typical round could look like this.

Sir'se
G5
G6 (prone)
G3
Malikos
Fray 14
Captain of the Guards
Stephan (Advantage)
G1 (fleeing / 1 turn), G2, G4
Jilree (Handcuffed to G3)
Curator, G7,G8


BTW, That was a really, really hard fight for lvl 1's vs guards, but no one used lethal damage, just unarmed combat and running away.

Also, if I have 4 players between NPCs, they can all make their actions out of order, i'll put them in order and if someone needs to revise their action because one of the NPCs died I'll let them

Burglar’s Pack (16 gp). Includes a backpack, a bag of 1,000 ball bearings, 10 feet of string, a bell, 5 candles, a crowbar, a hammer, 10 pitons, a hooded lantern, 2 flasks of oil, 5 days rations, a tinderbox, and a waterskin. The pack also has 50 feet of hempen rope strapped to the side of it.

I also plan to try to trade the hempen rope, tinderbox, waterskin, 5 days rations, and the hooded lantern for 50 ft silken rope.
