I never even knew this Forum existed until pointed to it by @ForeverDED.
I have involved with RPGs for a long time, starting with AD&D as it was introduced and the what is now known as Classic Traveller (and known just as "Traveller" at the time). Yes, I am old. Once this real life thing got in the way, my opportunities for play went away for the most part. (Again, I am old enough that this was all pre-internet.) I was able to get back into it some with PbeM in a couple long-running Traveller campaigns, one of which is still running, though finishing up. Recently, however, I have been able to do some PbP games. One died almost immediately (using Basic Fantasy), but the other seems to be doing OK (using Pathfinder 2e). Both of those on other fora. Now I am trying a new one here (using Tiny Dungeons).
More recently, I have been looking at more and more game systems that even just a handful of years ago I didn't even realize existed. I am excited to get to try out Tiny D6, as they had a sale where I bought pretty much everything they had to sell at that time. But I have found other systems and games/settings that seem very interesting. Recently I bought both Into the Odd and Death in Space. Are there any Death in Space games going?
Anyway, I am excited to be here, and looking forward to see how the game I joined goes!
