Laura takes the playbill. She rummages around in her coat for a notebook and a pencil, and starts copying over the names of the cast. A few she marks asterisks next to, but unlike the others she isn't someone with particular skills. She's a grunt, so she'll do the typical policing while they do the weird stuff. She scratches behind her ear before glancing at Hart again.
"So no obvious enemies, but that doesn't exclude allies." She sucks her cheeks in and shakes her head. "Sorry, that's not right. I mean she'll have connections who might have enemies? Ignore me, I'm overcomplicating it."
She redirects her attention to the others. "For sure we're going to check out the scene, but I feel like you're all ignoring an important point. People kill people, not things."
She pauses. She has every reason to think that from her day to day, not that she actually deals with murders with any sense of frequency but still. Since meeting Madame Hart that simple surety had been called into question, but she refuses to second guess that. Not now, not when she might actually be able to be useful.
"A lot of people were there, not just counting the cast and crew. Assuming any of them are still there and haven't taken to the wind, we've got to keep them in line." She pockets her notebook. "Might be we divide our attention while the iron is hot? Within reason, that is."
