OOC questions about the game thread. I'm having a little trouble envisioning things. Let me see if I've got this right:

1. We have covered all the territory that we could find beyond the trap door in the room where the lights went "ka-chunk".

2. We have backtracked to the tunnel that is behind the secret door in the bone pit.

3. That tunnel has a set of stairs that go up to the north and a tunnel that continues to the southeast.

4. Where did we just explore? Up the stairs or down the tunnel?

5. The snoring sounds and the borehole are back up at the top of the bone pit?

I don't have a complete picture since I only just started, but I'm picturing it as this.

Good timing for the question. I’ve gotten a bit confused myself from focusing on RP. Plus, our new player may benefit from an orientation.

Standby for maps:

You came in through 1-1, climbed down the pit in 1-6 and went through the tunnel there (bypassing 1-4 through 1-7.

The tunnel lead you to 2-6, and you explore everywhere except 2-1 to 2-2. (I streamlined some of the rooms for ease of PbP play.) You went down the stairs at 2-14 to area 4-1.

You went through 4-1 to 4-2, then up into area 3 where you fought the mutant halflings and rescued Aislynn. (Again, streamlined some rooms.) You’re now back in 4-2.

Make sense?

I've had nothing but bad feelings about that borehole. I vote the party keeps going east or explores the sleeping sounds.

Sleeping enemies might be taken by surprise. I am with you on that, but will go with what the rest of the party wants to do.

We definitely gotta check out that humming steel door after the wheelbarrow situation...
