Here and there in the wilds of the Verduran Forest, a seemingly normal plant suddenly reveals themself as a leshy, a curious little human-shaped plant crafted by a druid as a companion or minion. Sometimes, leshys outlive their druid creators, while many others are set free to live their own lives. Most of those who live in the Verduran Forest today have stories along these lines, yet recently the forest’s clusters of leshys have seemed thinner and fewer. You are but four of these stories.

It’s hardly unusual for the leshys of Verduran to come and go as they please, but this morning it has become impossible to ignore the fact that your numbers have dwindled significantly. Many of those who remain grow fearful, and as the larger and more powerful leshys in the area, it’s your duty to protect the smaller spirits. It’s time to admit something is wrong. It’s time to investigate.

Adult Content or Controversial Themes: Unless the players themselves go into some extreme floral arrangements, then this is a PG-13 game

Character Restrictions. There are 4 pre-gen characters available, but you can make your own 3rd level Pathfinder character, provided they are Leshy ancestry and non-evil

Game Duration and Post Frequency.
This is a short* adventure and I aim for 5 posts per week. 21st to 29th of July I'm on a summer holiday with the family so during that period my posting rate will be inconsistent.
OOC:
* short as in 2-4 hours around a table, properly 4-8 weeks PBP time
Player Experience Requirements. This will be my first-time GM'ing Pathfinder 2e, I would prefer my players to be somewhat familiar with PF2e. I'm teaching myself to GM PF2e, so I would prefer not to teach basic game mechanics as well.
Experience with the PBP format is not required

How to Apply Shout out your interest here in this tread. In a few days, I'll invite 4 players who have shown interest. I would favor new users to GP

I am interested, but don't have experience playing Pathfinder (I have the 2E core book) so I understand if I am not selected

That means that you can help yourself and should not be a problem. I'm teaching myself to GM PF2e, so I would prefer not to teach basic game mechanics as well

I would be interested in joining, Leshies are awesome.

I also learned Pathfinder by GMing a game, it is the best way to learn.

I would like a spot at the table as well!

I'm familiar with the basic mechanics of PF 2E and would like to learn it better. I've also always been keen on playing a leshy. If you have room, I'd like to join!

I would be interested in playing. I have been playing Pathfinder 2E since its release and have GM'ed numerous campaigns to their conclusion, so I am very familiar with the rules and can provide advice if requested.
