The large creature facing Etch eyes widen in shock (ha! Get it?) as the construct's crackling blade cuts deep into its abdomen. Dropping its weapon it tries desperately to stop the flow of blood and gore from spilling forth but the damage is just too great. The bugbear falls at Etch's feet.
The last of the bugbears charges in at Colten and swings his morning star as hard as he can, but slips a bit in his companion's split blood, which throws off his attack just enough to leave Colten unscathed.
