Styx arrives at Heron's place. "So what's the plan? Anything you guys need me to pick up?
Sep 26, 2016 3:23 pm
As Styx arrives, she's faced with a biometric reader asking for her thumbprint. Once inside the drones check to make sure it's her, and then ignore her.

In the kitchen area of the garage Heron sits at a cheap table on a folding chair, "There's snacks here, and hot soykaf. Drop off should be easy if we can make it quick."
OOC:
Heron's garage uses a biometric reader to let you guys in and has an Ares Sentry V (wired) drone running security

Ink sends everyone snaps of the warehouse and surrounding security that she could see via the imagelink of her eye contacts.
She revs up her bike and is off back to home, a very comfortable high-end studio apartment that her father paid for. She boils some tea and has a nice meal while packing what she needs. Weapons? Hopefully don't need them but check. The taser hidden in her arm's large compartment. Medkit? Again, can't be too safe and a medkit in a van is easy to pass off as just in case of an emergency.

Feel like I should leave the explosives at home for this one, really doubt we're gonna need to blow into the place for beer. She sends through the commlink, making sure she and her team are on the same page. A cleaning drone picks up her plate to be cleaned.
OOC:
Is blue for commlink voice communication ok?

OOC:
You can use whatever you want for Comlink communication, there is not a lot of difference between Voice and Text message because the technology can write or read what you say/write.
We need just a difference between Thought (mostly Italic), voice and Electronic

Yes, please leave the explosives at home. Fire plus alcohol is never a good combo. Anyone heard from J0nes? I want to know more about this place we're busting into.

Haven't heard in a while, if we weren't on a timetable I'd suggest a search party

Heron refills the pot of soykaf and pulls out some whitener and sweetener for anyone who might want some. Guess we can try to bluff past the guards with a work order and a repaint of the van

Are you ready to launch the assault/infiltration

On what? As I handle The Group's Hacker I can help.

OOC:
Details of the original shipment that we are supposed to hijack: where was it going, how big was it, who was it for. Procedure information for posing as a normal courier. Are we able to just change the shipping manifest to match our new timetable. Surveillance inside and outside the compound. That kind of thing.

Ink arrives at Heron's place, pressing the thumb of her non-obvious robotic arm to the scanner. She saunters in, pouring herself a cup of the soykaf, though her lips turn at the taste - not even close to the rich taste of the real thing.

"A repaint of the van and trying to bluff the order sounds like our best bet, but how are we gonna stop and incapacitate the actual order van? We need to find that van and match it's plates and workers' IDs. Also I'd say take control of some of the drones, but they were handling small shipments, I think ours is gonna be too large that they'd entrust it to a drone."
OOC:
During my surveilance of the compound, was I able to see exactly what the vans/couriers needed to get by? Earlier it was just said that they talk with the guard, it did not seem like there was an thumbprint/eye scanner or even an ID check?

"Plates, I can do, upgraded the van since the last run with some new tech." With a wave of his hand, Heron sends a signal to the van, changing its plates and beginning to change it's paintjob. "Thought these might be useful."
